Accoron is a software interface to the Hyperliquid protocol and its HIP-3 markets. It is operated by Tensor Studio, Ontario, Canada. By connecting a wallet, confirming eligibility, or placing an order you agree to everything on this page.
1. What Accoron is and is not
- Accoron is non-custodial. It never holds your funds, keys, or orders. Orders are signed in your browser by a session key you create and are sent to the Hyperliquid protocol, which executes them.
- Accoron is not an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian, money transmitter, or investment adviser. It does not match trades, hold collateral, or set prices.
- We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover anything on your behalf. If you lose your wallet, your session key, or sign something you did not mean to, there is nothing we can do.
- HIP-3 markets are deployed and administered by third-party deployers under Hyperliquid's rules, not by us. Deployers may delist, settle, or change the parameters of a market.
2. Eligibility and restricted persons
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- Accoron is not offered to persons located in, organised in, or resident of the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, to anyone on a sanctions list of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations, or to anyone acting for such a person. We block these regions at the network edge and in the interface, and you must not use a VPN, proxy, or other means to evade the block.
- Residents of Canada: Canadian securities regulators treat crypto contracts, including perpetual futures, as securities or derivatives, and expect platforms that offer them to Canadians to be registered or to have filed a pre-registration undertaking. Accoron is not registered with any Canadian securities regulator. We do not solicit Canadian residents; if you are in Canada you use the interface at your own initiative and risk, and access may be withdrawn without notice.
- Leveraged crypto derivatives are restricted or prohibited in many other jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether using Accoron is lawful where you are, and for any tax or reporting obligations.
- Before opening a position you confirm in the interface that you have read this page and are not a restricted person. That confirmation is stored in your browser and we rely on it. Closing a position and cancelling orders stay available without it, so a restriction never traps you in a trade.
3. Fees
- A builder fee of 10 basis points (0.10%) of notional is charged on each side of every perpetual trade placed through this interface. It is collected on-chain by the Hyperliquid protocol and paid to our builder address.
- You approve a maximum builder fee once in your wallet (the protocol cap for perpetuals is 0.1% per side). You can revoke or change it at any time in the Hyperliquid app; after revocation this interface can no longer place orders for you.
- Hyperliquid's own trading, funding, and liquidation fees apply on top and are set by the protocol, not by us.
- Fees are not refundable, including for orders that are filled at a worse price than expected, partially filled, or liquidated.
4. Risk disclosure
- You can lose all of the collateral in your account, quickly. Leverage multiplies both gains and losses; a move against you larger than your maintenance margin liquidates the position and the liquidation may execute at a worse price than the mark.
- HIP-3 stock, index, commodity, and FX perpetuals are synthetic. They are not shares, do not carry dividends or voting rights, and track the underlying only through an oracle. Oracles update on their own schedule; outside US market hours the perpetual trades on its own supply and demand and can diverge from the reference price by several percent.
- Markets can be thin. Spreads, slippage, and funding can be large, and a market can be halted, delisted, or settled by its deployer.
- Funding is paid or received every hour and can be a material cost for positions held overnight or over weekends.
- Software can fail. The interface, the data feeds, the Hyperliquid API, or your wallet can be down, slow, or wrong at the moment you need them. Orders you sent may still be live when the interface cannot show them.
- Session keys ("agent keys") are stored in this browser's local storage. Anyone with access to this browser profile can trade with your account until you revoke the key in the Hyperliquid app. Do not use shared or public devices.
- Nothing on this site, including news, reactions, overnight moves, funding, flow, earnings history, macro events, and the Night Desk brief, is a recommendation. It is automated data, may be delayed, incomplete, machine-translated, or wrong, and you should not rely on it.
5. Privacy
- We do not operate user accounts and do not collect your name, email, or identity, unless you choose to sign in with email, in which case the email login and the embedded wallet are provided by Privy, Inc. under its own privacy policy.
- Your wallet address and orders are public on the Hyperliquid blockchain; that is how the protocol works, not something we control.
- This browser stores: your session key, your last wallet choice, your eligibility confirmation, your theme and alert preferences, and when you last viewed the news. Clearing site data removes all of it.
- Our servers and Cloudflare (our hosting and network provider) log requests, including IP address, approximate location derived from it, user agent, and the pages or data requested, for security, abuse prevention, and geographic restrictions. Logs are retained for a limited time and are not sold.
- We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Market and news data come from Hyperliquid, hyperliquid.build, and our own feeds; the browser also connects directly to Hyperliquid's API and websocket, which see your IP address.
6. No warranty, limitation of liability
- Accoron is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it is accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for any purpose.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tensor Studio and its people are not liable for any loss, including trading losses, lost profits, liquidations, missed orders, data errors, or the acts of the Hyperliquid protocol, market deployers, wallet providers, or Privy. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the builder fees you paid through this interface in the thirty days before the claim.
- You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the interface in breach of these terms or of the law that applies to you.
7. Changes and termination
- We may change the interface, the fee (within the cap you approved), the restricted regions, or these terms at any time. A new version date on this page is the notice; you will be asked to confirm eligibility again when the terms version changes.
- We may restrict or end access for anyone, at any time, without notice, including on suspicion of sanctions evasion, market abuse, or illegal activity. Your on-chain positions are unaffected and remain under your control through the Hyperliquid app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where the law of your residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
9. Contact
Tensor Studio, Ontario, Canada. Trading questions cannot be answered by us; the Hyperliquid protocol executes your orders and its documentation describes margin, funding, and liquidation rules.
